Each service call is unique and prices vary based on the scope of the items you need to be moved, or removed. Our team will assess the items, the volume, and the time to remove the items from your property and give you a fair estimate for turnover services.

We provide clients a full-service moving experience that takes the  burden off of you and your loved ones. 

  1. Local moves

Whether its up the street or across town, we offer relocation services that will make your move efficient, timely, and as stress-free as possible. We do offer long distance moves by request. We’ll first meet with you to discuss how we can customize our services to best meet your needs. Want us to handle the packing? No problem! Our team of movers are trained and equipped to handle your belongings as if they were our own!

2. Estate Sales

We work with trusted buyers to ensure you’ll receive the best value for any of the antiques, trinkets, fine china, jewelry, large furniture, old books, vintage clothing- or anything else you might have lying around. We love to help our clients offset the cost of their move in this way, particularly in assisting with seniors who are downsizing.
The beauty of this service is that after the sales, you can choose to donate any remaining items to our partner.

3. Home staging

We know the staging of a home is a crucial part of the moving and sale process, which is why we’ve partnered with real estate agents throughout RVA to assist with loading furniture & decor, transport of items, assist with furniture placement and removal of furnishings when showings end.

4. Donation Pickup

Whether you’re booking a full-service move and want us to help you remove unwanted items, or you just have furniture you’ve been meaning to get rid of, we accept donations on behalf of our Non-Profit partner, PATH ReEntry. The items you donate will be sold in their thrift store, which helps their team provide transitional support services to people who were formerly incarcerated. We’re so thankful to our community who choose to donate to this cause, and are happy to pickup your items at little or no cost to you!

5. Junk Removal

Junk can mean a lot of different things, so here's some examples of the types of "junk" removal services we offer, including: broken furniture or appliances, attic/garage cleanout, carpet/flooring disposal, office equipment, broken electronics, and much more! We will dispose of your items either through recycling or responsible disposal protocols.

6. Property Cleanouts

We understand the unique challenges that come with managing properties such as apartments and rental homes. When tenants move out, we can assist property managers to prepare properties for a prompt turnover.These services typically include: residential cleanouts, post-construction or remediation cleanups, removal of lawn debris and housekeeping.
